Welcome to the Friends of Al-Aqsa History of Palestine Time-line. This is a brief guide to the major events and individuals who have shaped the land of Palestine from ancient times, through the Middle Ages, to modern times and the 20th century. This is an easy to use guide suitable for beginner's as well as being a useful quick reference for the more experienced

Leaflets and Other Materials

We publish information leaflets, journals and other materials on a range of topics covering every aspect of the conflict. Leaflets are provided for free distribution, and all publications can be downloaded. Visit our Resources section.

Interactive Multimedia Tools

Our multimedia section has a  number of interactive tools, including: Interactive Timeline, Audio/Video material, Photo Gallery and more coming soon. These can be used as valuable research tools.
Maps and Guides

The interactive maps help to explain the facts on the ground such as illegal settlements and checkpoint locations. There is also an interactive guide to the al-Aqsa complex with focussed pictures of significant buildings.
     
Newspaper

Our quarterly newspaper 'Aqsa News' provides a summary of the main developments in the Holy Land and is distributed for free throughout the UK. This can be viewed on-line. You can also sign up for our e-news bulletins here
Events, Conferences & Bazaars

We regulary organise events to help promote a better understanding of the conflict. These range from conferences, seminars and lectures; to bazaars, radio programmes and protests.  Visit our Activities section for more details.
