Local sources reported that eight members of the Abed Rabbo family were killed in the explosion of that bomb while a Palestinian from the Baba family was killed in a nearby home.

The sources said that the bodies of all members of the family were shredded in the bombing.

The Israeli occupation forces ever since their invasion of the Gaza Strip two weeks ago have killed a number of entire families and are still committing massacres in the Strip on daily basis.

In retaliation to the IOF ongoing crimes, Palestinian resistance factions fired three Grad missiles at Ashkelon city wounding four Israelis and damaging three buildings.

The Hebrew radio said that a number of other people were treated for shock while more than 6 projectiles had hit Israeli settlements and towns near to the Gaza Strip.
