U.S. gives Israel green light to build in 57 West Bank settlements
 OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- As de facto Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas ventures into futile negotiations with Israel, the U.S. has given Israel the green light to resume construction in 57 Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, Israeli sources said, despite the alleged decision to freeze settlement activity until September 26.

Obama: Direct talks end '67 occupation
 US President Barack Obama claims direct talks between the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the Israelis will end the Israeli occupation of 1967.
During the Six-Day War of 1967, Israel occupied the West Bank, including East al-Quds (Jerusalem), the Golan Heights in Syria, Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, and the Gaza Strip.

 I have been to the West Bank, I have seen with my own eyes how the settlers walk around with machine guns, terrorizing the native Palestinian population. They are only in the West Bank to justify a continued Israeli military presence there; and they are armed to the teeth.

2. Abu Hurayrah (RA) relates that the Prophet (SAW) said, “You should not undertake a special journey to visit any place other than the following three Masajid with the expectations of getting greater reward: the Sacred Masjid of Makkah, this Masjid of mine, and Masjid al-Aqsa (of Jerusalem)”. In another narration the words are, “For three Masajid a special journey may be undertaken: The Sacred Masjid (Ka‘bah), my Masjid, and the Masjid of al-Quds (Jerusalem)”.
